Polisan Holding carried out a partial demerger by share transfer to shareholders, moving its 40% stake in Rohm and Haas Kimyasal and 50% stake in Polisan Kansai Boya into the new Marmara Holding, whose shares (3.9766 per Polisan share) were distributed to Polisan shareholders and listed on the Borsa Istanbul Main Market.
